So I have about 6 months to go before I get married. Due to this I want to document my journey to get into my dress, but with the most confidence I have ever had. As i am startnig this week here are the stats to start...I will try to update about weekly to track whats going on!
Started 6-6-09
Starting Weight: 185...yiiikkeessss
Goal Weight: 160 by 12-12-09 (Wedding day!)
So for this week I am going to
1- Walk the dog a mile every morning
2- Consume 1200 cals a day
3- go to the gym at LEAST twice this week to either swim or run...I dont have a car so thats why its so few. Though it is prob good to ease it in :)

Great plan Erica! What really helped me out as well was cutting out soda, lots of water, and I didn't eat much after 7!
ReplyDeletethanks erin! I already dont drink soda (maybe once a week) but I am going to stick to that no eating past 7 idea. I think I gain most of my weight by late night dinners
