Dang Flabbit

I am SO good during the week, and then ruin everything I did for that week with the weekend. Darn football season! So Basically I have lost NOTHING, but I haven't gained either, so...bright side. And honestly...i haven't been the gym in a WEEK (or more). So today i am getting on that treadmill once more, hopefully will stick to my at LEAST 3 days a week self promise. Sorry this blog has been just plain boring, i have had no real weight loss progress since the begining of August...those first 10 pounds were the easiest...now its slow goings. Well, I promise you all an eventful update by next monday or shiver me timbers I'll walk the plank!

Im working on my last 10 lbs and an additional 7 on top of that for my goal weight. be persistant... getin the habit of going to where you dont feel the same when u skip it. i find starting my day by working out makes me have a much better productive day. step class rocks!
