ReplyDeleteDon't forget, the best way to get rid of water weight is to drink a ton of water and eat foods that contain a lot of water (ie- fruits and veggies) Your body only holds onto water when you are dehydrated because it doesn't know when it will get water again. I've been drinking upwards of 6 to 8 - 16.9 oz bottles of water a day! I notice a difference in my skin, the way I feel, I'm not overeating... it really is important to stay hydrated!! (I'm peeing like every 20 minutes... lol... but oh well! It's worth it to me!)
